School Snapshot

The original director of research for the Get Happier School spent a day visiting at a Get Happier school in Australia. Mr Bradley Smith, musician, author, and director of the recovery centre at Loyola Marymount University in LA, was deeply impressed with how this school had adopted a program designed to prepare children for a responsible and mentally healthy  life.

’Prevention of mental ill health conditions is the most important task facing us today, and it is truly inspiring  to visit a school that gives children the tools to manage the challenges of life effectively’ he said.

Mr Smith spent some time talking to teachers and groups of students, as well as helping teach level two students a song from the new Get Happier music album.
