An October visit and workshop at one of our Get Happier Schools in Queensland.
The workshop explored the links between Dr Glasser\’s \’Choice Theory\’ and the \’Get Happier Project\’.
It focussed on the importance of teaching children the psychology of mental health and wellbeing in an explicit and fun way.

Welcome to Mr Seet Tait Hee, Principal of the Crest Secondary School in Singapore. He is visiting some of our Australian Get Happier Schools this week to explore and understand how the Get Happier Project and Choice Theory is used to support the social and emotional wellbeing of our students and staff.
